A Rider's Journey
Emma’s passion for horses began at a very young age, and receiving her first pony at the age of twelve marked the start of her competitive journey. After achieving success at both national and international level, she took the next step in her career by joining BWG Stables in the Netherlands in 2022.
Since then, Emma has trained under the main guidance of Ben Schröder, in close collaboration with his brothers Gerco and Wim. Working alongside Olympic medallists has provided her with invaluable experience and a deeper understanding of international sport, enabling her to continue developing as both a rider and horsewoman within a world-class training environment.
Today, Emma is a regular member of the Czech National Team, proudly representing the Czech Republic at FEI Nations Cups, European Championships, and other international competitions. She is also a member of the Young Riders Academy, where she continues to develop alongside some of Europe’s most promising young show jumpers.

Training with a Clear Purpose
Producing talented horses has always been at the heart of Emma’s philosophy. She enjoys guiding horses through every stage of their development, from promising young prospects to top-level international competitors, always focusing on building confidence, consistency and long-term success.
Emma believes that every successful partnership begins with trust, patience and a genuine bond between horse and rider. Creating an environment in which horses feel understood, respected and happy is a fundamental in her philosophy.
A great example is Longines LB, whom Emma has been riding since he was six years old. Together they progressed through the international levels before winning the CSI2* FEI Longines Ranking 1.45 m class in Lier, highlighting Emma’s passion for developing horses patiently and bringing out their full potential.
Alongside her career, Emma actively trains and produces quality sport horses for both international competition and sale. Her goal is to help every horse reach its full potential.
